Refund Policy

1. Consultation Fee Refunds

If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, you may be eligible for a full refund of any advance consultation fee paid. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation charge.

2. Online Consultation Refunds

If a scheduled online consultation could not take place due to technical issues on our end, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered. If the patient fails to join within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, the consultation fee will not be refunded.

3. Event Registration Refunds

Event registration fees (where applicable) are refundable if cancellation is requested at least 48 hours before the event. No refunds will be provided for no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours. Free events do not require refund processing.

4. Procedure and Treatment Costs

Treatment and procedure costs are determined by the respective hospital where the procedure is performed and are subject to the hospital's own billing and refund policies. The Neurovascular & Endovascular Centre consultation fees are separate from hospital charges.
