Cancellation Policy

1. Appointment Cancellations

We understand that plans may change. To cancel or reschedule an appointment:

• 24+ hours notice: Free cancellation or rescheduling. Full refund if fees were pre-paid.
• Less than 24 hours: Cancellation may incur a fee of up to 50% of the consultation charge.
• No-show: Full consultation fee will be charged for missed appointments without notice.

2. Cancellation by the Centre

In rare cases, appointments may need to be rescheduled by the Centre due to medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, patients will be notified as soon as possible and offered priority rescheduling at no additional cost.

3. Event Cancellations

If an event is cancelled by the Centre, all registered participants will receive full refunds (for paid events) or be automatically registered for the rescheduled event. For participant-initiated cancellations, please refer to our Refund Policy.
